Season 6 of the Tall el-Hammam Excavation Project has begun. The front team are on the ground in Jordan and team members will slowly congregate on site in the next few weeks until this year we grow to over 100 volunteers and archaeologists for another amazing season. Dr. Collins has extended our contract with the Jordanian Department of Antiquities for an additional 10 years so we will have many more seasons to report. This season is already shaping up to be an exciting and historic dig. We will keep you updated in the next few weeks as I leave for Jordan Christmas Day for the month of January.
