Today I spent most of the day with Qutaiba who is our surveyor. We took GPS co-ordinates of Tall Mishlehah (Roman quarry) and our Roman building to tie it all together. Here he is relaxing with the GPS having a hot cup of tea prepared by our bus driver. They put a mint in the tea called "Marameh" and it is delicious. We still have much to do to put all the locations on the map with the total station but will be easy to finish with the good weather.
